According to studies, people have used dream pillow- small pillows stuffed with various fragrant herbs for centuries. This recipe helps with insomnia.
Ingredients (Use one or two of these in your pillow; Not All ingredients should go into the pillow)
- Flowers of hops
- Goldenrod
- Wild Oregano
- Dill
- Catnip or Hawthorn
Directions:
- Cut two pieces of natural fabric, such as cotton, into the shape you would enjoy.
- Sew up three sides, leaving the last side open to stuff the pillow.
- Turn the fabric right side out so the stitching is on the inside.
- Then spoon in or stuff in the herbs of your choice, and stitch the opening closed.
- Place the dream pillow in a pillowcase on top of or under your regular pillow.
- Sleep Well!
