Ingredients (Use one or two of these in your pillow; Not All ingredients should go into the pillow)

  • Flowers of hops
  • Goldenrod
  • Wild Oregano
  • Dill
  • Catnip or Hawthorn

Directions:

  1. Cut two pieces of natural fabric, such as cotton, into the shape you would enjoy.
  2. Sew up three sides, leaving the last side open to stuff the pillow.
  3. Turn the fabric right side out so the stitching is on the inside.
  4. Then spoon in or stuff in the herbs of your choice, and stitch the opening closed.
  5. Place the dream pillow in a pillowcase on top of or under your regular pillow.
