Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup barley grains
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 T margarine
  • 2 T sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
  2. Melt the margarine and mix thoroughly with the rest.
  3. Form into 1 inch thick round cakes.
  4. Bake on hot griddle until brown.
  5. Enjoy!
