Our apologies, unfortunately we are not able to offer Pickled Hop Shoots this 2010 year.

The establishment that ussually pickles our hop shoots were swamped with a very nice crop of asparagus this year. Very good news for our valley asparagus growers!!!
With this we had to "hop" to the back of the line... Our hop shoots had climbed to far up the coir string and were not at the tender stage we need them to be by the time our turn came around.
