Now that we have finished harvesting we are going to be starting up our pellet mill to begin hammering out pellets. The first variety that will run through the mill will be the Cascade's. After that we will begin running the rest of the varieties through the mill in a yet to be determined order. Hopefully the first pellets will be out sometime late next week or early the following week.
